Southampton Village, NY
Nestled just steps from the heart of Southampton Village, this new build was thoughtfully designed in close collaboration with the builder to elevate and personalize every detail of the spec home. Created as a refined retreat for a professional New York City family, the residence balances ease and sophistication—offering a seamless escape from city life. As avid art collectors, the homeowners approached the project with a curatorial mindset. Each wall was considered an opportunity, resulting in interiors that feel intentional, layered, and gallery-like without sacrificing warmth. A shared love of blue became the connective thread throughout the home, weaving together coastal charm with a modern, polished sensibility. The result is a serene yet elevated family getaway—tailored, artful, and deeply personal.
